Our Faith is alive!
On this page we introduce to you young people for whom Jesus Christ is a vital part of life. They tell us what they have experienced, how they are doing, and what moves them.
Why do I believe in God? It started with my family and through the encounter with the right people at the right time. I kept my faith because I had wonderful experiences with God: God is always there for me, intuitively gives me the right answers in critical situations, never abandons me, gives structure to my life and fills it with certainty and joy.
Why is the church important to me? Because without the church I am too weak to keep up my relationship with God, to nurture and deepen it. Additionally, it is beautiful to share the joy that comes from God with others and to receive the gifts that He gives us through the sacraments.
For my life, this means that I am trying to put God first, live according to His principles. I have „made a deal“ with God that I will try to be disciplined in receiving the sacraments and make efforts to deepen my faith, so that in turn I will find true happiness in my life.
